OUR STORY
INSEAD MBA students of Class 16D led by Deniz Arik had a vision to bring the “Touchy Feely” course to INSEAD students. For the past year, we have been partnering with them to offer a tailored-made short course incorporating the unique methodology of T-group to the INSEAD community. In June 2016, we launched our first two student courses. In September 2016, based on the incredible positive feedback, we offered a second round of courses to INSEAD students. In addition, we collaborated with alums to bring the first T-group to INSEAD alumni.
The first Alumni group was oversubscribed. We are so excited to be offering additional dates on both INSEAD campuses.
Our team
We are a team of Stanford-trained facilitators and faculty who have worked with MBA students, alumni and executives. Team members involved in the delivery of this project are affiliated with Stanford GSB (they do not represent Stanford as an academic institution).
Condensed 3.5-day course
Our tailored program is taught in a condensed format, combining short lectures and exercises with T-Group sessions. In this unique behavioral lab, small groups 10-12 participants practice real-time effective interpersonal behaviors with the support of two Stanford-trained, experienced facilitators.
