Dikla has over 15 years’ experience as an organizational consultant, facilitator and executive coach, having worked with groups, individuals and Fortune 500 companies in the areas of leadership and workforce development, diversity and cross-cultural work relations. At Stanford Graduate School of Business, Dikla serves as a senior facilitator, executive coach and teaching assistant. She has worked with both full time and executive MBA candidates in programs such as Interpersonal Dynamics, High Performance Leadership, Paths to Power, Executive Leadership Education and Leading in Diversity Environments. As a leadership consultant, Dikla delivers emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness workshops. She co-designed the Women in Management Group Program at the GSB. She also teaches the Stanford Continuing Studies courses: Women Leaders: Mastering Influence Authenticity and Power and Women Leaders: Mastering Organizational Strategy.
Dikla is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Before working at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Dikla founded and managed an editing and publishing company in Israel. She holds a BA in Linguistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MA in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.
